(5) Will the Uni-Kit Refill Kits work with my specific printer?
Yes, all inkjet cartridges have a filling hole. When the cartridge is first
made the manufacturer filled the cartridge with ink and then sealed the filling
hole. All you are doing when refilling the cartridge is accessing the original
filling hole and refilling the cartridge with ink. The Universal Inkjet Refill
System uses a specially formulated ink that works in ALL inkjet printers.

(1) Does using the Uni-Kit Refill Kit void my warranty?
According to Hewlett-Packard®, the use of a refilled print cartridge does not affect the warranty unless failure or damage is attributable to it. This is typical of all manufacturers' warranties. Keep in mind that the ink does not touch any part of the printer or internal parts other than the cartridge and print head. The ink is applied to the paper as the paper is fed through the printer.
(3) How many refills will I get per kit?
The amount of refills you can expect per kit depends on the capacity of your
cartridge. For example: You will get approximately 11 or more refills with
the Canon BCII cartridge and about 3 refills with the Canon BC20 cartridge.
Most Hewlett-Packard® black cartridges average approximately 3 refills

The Uni-Kit Inkjet ink will not clog the printer head. The ink is refined to 1/6 of a micron or .002" in purity. By comparison, Hewlett-Packard® inks are refined to only 1 micron.

The Uni-Kit Inkjet Refill System is NOT messy. It uses a squeeze bottle injector system that allows you to precisely control the filling process.

InkRefills 'R' Us is 100% Internet based. By not having a toll free line, operators and phone system we lower our overhead which allows us to offer our low prices. We will respond promptly, sometimes within minutes, which has surprised more than a few people.

We ship orders via USPS Priority Mail which is usually a 2-3 day service
throughout the United States. What's nice about using the US Postal Service
is that it allows us to ship to PO boxes and APO/FPO addresses and they deliver
on Saturday for no extra charge, unlike UPS and FedEx.
International orders are sent by regular Air Mail and take 4-7days.
